Founded in 1972 by Ali Delibalta, Alba Restorasyon quickly earned a distinguished reputation through its public construction contracts in the Black Sea region. Its deep-rooted presence in the construction industry has been shaped by generations of knowledge and experience passed down over time.

In 1980, after graduating from Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts, architect Azmi Delibalta joined his father in ongoing construction projects. Over time, his passion for Anatolian culture led him to specialize in the restoration of historical monuments. This passion took on a corporate identity with the establishment of Alba İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in 1986. Azmi Delibalta’s visionary approach played a key role in making Alba a pioneering brand in restoration, thanks to its contributions to Turkey’s cultural heritage through the restoration of monumental structures.

In 2004, the third-generation representative of the family, interior architect Yakup Delibalta, was appointed Chairman of the Board after completing his education in Interior Architecture. With his innovative perspective, effective use of technology, and strong commitment to total quality, Alba Restorasyon has focused on delivering fast, efficient, and sustainable projects.

The company specializes in the conservation, restoration, and structural strengthening of monumental structures such as palaces, mansions, waterfront residences, pavilions, mansions, mosques, tombs, and madrasahs from the Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman empires. These projects are carried out by experienced teams under the supervision of academic boards and universities, ensuring the preservation of cultural heritage in its original form for future generations.
